Sublet - Duble Bedroom - Woodlands

I'm subletting my room for the period: 1st of June - 1st of November. I'm looking for someone responsible who can take care of the room and clan after themselves.

If you are interested, send me a text with a bit about yourself. Because I will be working in Edinburgh, viewings will be available at weekends. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can rent the room for the full period, but shorter terms are considered.

About the room:

It is very spacious, and it comes with all the furniture and a comfortable bunk bed + couch.

About the Flat:

Rent is: 270£ + Council tax 78£ + bills 30£ avg. per month.

Great location between the city centre and the West End:
- 9 min walking to Kelvingrove Park
- 7 min walking to the subway
- 16 min walking to the University of Glasgow
- 9 min walking to Charing Cross Railway Station

You would be sharing the flat with Davide (34) and Anca (33). They are both professionals working outside the flat. Davide works in construction while Anca works in a charity shop. The flat is very quiet, and it has a relaxed atmosphere.

Smoking is not allowed in the room and common areas - however some of the flatmates smoke in their room.
