Double room available in Kinning Park

We have a clean, bright and quiet room available in our flat just around the corner from Kinning Park subway, available from early June as our current flatmate is unfortunately returning to Spain.

The room is £345 a month and council tax is £70 a month each, paid to the landlord on top of rent. Electricity/gas is capped at £50 a month each - it will go into credit over the summer which we dip into over the winter. Internet is £12 a month each. Deposit is one month’s rent.

The kitchen is big and bright, the living-room is too (big tenement windows), the bathroom has a bath, there is a private garden at the back and on-street parking in front.

Looking for someone LGBTQ+ friendly, ideally okay with pets as we occasionally pet-sit for friends (cats and dogs), and we are both vegan so looking to keep the flat meat-free. Free Palestine, no zionists etc

We are both 30 and enjoy a relatively quiet flat - D graduated in video-game design and works from home Monday to Friday; I work in a bar in town (I usually get home around 1am) whilst studying from home part-time: I will hopefully be beginning a masters degree in photojournalism later this year. Between us we both love cooking, film, art (D paints), photography, gardening, reading, video-games and playing music.

The flat’s quiet but we’ll have friends over to watch films, host dinner parties, sometimes get back late from the pub: we’re just looking for someone laid back and respectful! No afters, no smoking inside etc we’re both sociable but also cherish time to ourselves, and like to think it’s a wholesome environment :)
