Gorgeous flat in Glasgow Southside

I am sadly moving out of my gorgeous Southside flat and am looking for someone to replace me! (You may have seen an ad for this flat from my flatmates side! Just helping the process of finding folk :))

About the flat:

The flat is in battlefield area of Southside Glasgow only a 10 minute walk from Mount Florida train station - access to Glasgow central station!

It is a gorgeous old tenement flat with a block group chat and all the flats are friendly 🫶. There is a coop and a Sainsbury’s nearby and a Tescos extra 15 minute walk away! I have not had any issues living in this flat so far and am gutted to be leaving.

Bills are as follows:

Council tax £100 a month
WiFi: £14.50 a month
Bills: £80 a month

(Bills usually go down in the summer but we have only been in the flat during the colder months!)

About the flatmate:

You would be moving in with my gorgeous friend Aniyra - she is a F1 doctor who is very easy to get along with and loves a chat!! As she is a doctor she would need someone who would be quiet during the days she has night shifts - which I’m sure anyone could understand!
