Double bedroom available in large flat

This is my home.
I’m looking for a flatmate for the 2nd bedroom in my flat.
You would share the flat with me.
The bedroom is 3.5m x 3.5m, very light, bright with high ceilings.
The entire flat was redecorated and re-carpeted 2 years ago and is still very fresh.
The flat is in a beautiful grade 2 listed building which is very secure. All the rooms are large and spacious.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The location is very close to both Cowcaddens Underground and bus stops.
Close to the city centre and very easy to get to the Westend.
Ideal if you are studying at a local university or working in the city.
The added bonus of this building is that there is a huge rooftop garden that is available to all residents and their guests.
I do have one female cat that spends about 95% of her time sleeping in my bedroom.
She’s very gentle and friendly, doesn’t bite or scratch.
I’m a senior pharmacy technician with the NHS. I love to chill out and relax at home, I’m not a party person.
I’m a big heavy metal fan and love going to gigs. Don’t worry, I don’t play music in the flat, only in my car!
I have a weird habit of walking around whilst brushing my teeth!!!!!
I’m 54 years old, but certainly don’t act it!
I wear funky leggings and heavy metal t-shirts all the time.
I’m a fun wacky person.

I respect another person’s privacy and I like the flat to be clean and tidy.
