Bus no. 19 is very convenient for travelling further distances.
Bus no. 87, 88, and 88C are also nearby and convenient.

The flatmate must be:

* Non-smoker
* Clean and tidy, as the kitchen and bathroom are shared
* No pets

Female preferred, as the current flatmates are female.
