Flat share - Glasgow West End

Your room

My flatmate is moving out at the end of June so I am looking for a new flatmate to take his room.

The flat is very well located, just off Byres Road, with a range of shops, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants within minutes of the front door. Both Hillhead and Kelvinhall subway stations are also very close by as well as regular buses to the city centre and beyond. The flat is also right next to Glasgow University.

The room will come unfurnished but the living room and kitchen are already kitted out with sofas, tv, tables, microwave etc.

Bills are not included but for someone moving in the current breakdown would be:
Council Tax (band c): £104.82 - this is payed over 10 months (unless you are exempt).
Utilities - £60
WiFi - £18

I am 24 and a professional working in the office Mon - Fri most weeks. I am pretty easy-going and like a clean and chilled space to come home to. I have lived in flat shares in the West End for years now and am respectful of others space but also like to hang out with flatmates when we can. I am always keen to watch a film/series, head to the pub or just catch up after a long day.
