Comfortable double room in Anniesland

Hi there, as I have recently moved to London with work, I am renting a room in my flat in Anniesland - and while I am storing some of my clothes etc in my current room, and plan to keep the room free for when I am visiting at holidays etc., the tenant will essentially have the room to themselves for the vast majority of the year. It is rare that we will be in the flat at the same time.
It is a comfortable flat on the top floor of a tenement building in Anniesland and has been a great place to live for me for the past 4 years. There is a fantastic view going westward towards the Trossachs from the kitchen/ living room window and you get some great views of the sunset in the summer months.
The neighbours are great as they all tend to keep the building clean, tidy, they are friendly, and I haven't experienced any of them having crazy parties in the past 4 years.
The area is extremely safe- again, I have not experienced anything unpleasant in the 4 years I have lived there.
