1 room for rent right next to Subway

Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. My name is Cael and I'm a 20yr old UofG student studying Chemistry.

The room is in Kinning Park situated literally 2 minutes from the Subway, and next to a park and community centre with lots of local amenities in the area. Rent is typically around ~450 pm and bills can range, but are generally no more than ~100 pm.

Flat is generally furnished though a lot of the stuff is my flatmates and will be going with her. Includes a washing machine and lots of storage space. It's first floor with easy access for cycling and a resident car park.

I'm a mostly pretty quiet and tidy person but do make an effort to socialise, and I'd be looking for someone similar (I really just don't want noise at 2am).

Students only since I don't want to pay council tax (unless your willing to pay for it), and I would prefer another queer person but I don't discriminate (I just don't want a bigot you understand me).
