I'm looking for a lodger to share my bright well-maintained two bed flat.

☀️ The flat is top floor, south facing and overlooks trees rather than neighbouring flats so it gets lots of natural light.

🏠 There's a separate living room and kitchen, a shared bathroom and a shoe cupboard in the hallway.

🍳 The flat is fully equipped with pretty much everything you could need as I love cooking so you’d only need to bring your personal belongings!

A bit about me:

I'm friendly, easy-going and love to socialise but equally love my own space. I really value a calm, organised and considerate home environment.

I take a lot of pride in keeping the flat clean, tidy and well looked after so I'm looking for someone who feels the same. This would suit a professional who wants a comfortable, hassle-free home.

Rent: £600 + ~£125 for bills and council tax monthly.
