I’m 35 and stay in the flat as a live in landlord. I teach at the local college and thus will be out of the flat most days from 9 until 5. I have a very active schedule outside of work centred around health and fitness and thus am out of the flat most weeknights with events at the weekend…so you will mostly have the flat to yourself. Outside of this I enjoy a chilled out life at the flat and have always enjoyed good relationships with flatmates in the past. Open to anyone who is respectful, clean, and friendly — whether you’re a working professional, student, or someone new to the city. You’ll have freedom to make your room and bathroom your own; both are furnished and ready for you but please feel free to decorate as you see fit.

The room will be available from the 1st of November with advanced viewings available Friday the 10th of July to Sunday the 12th of July.
