Double Room for Couple in Govanhill

Hellooo, I'm Jordan, I'm a gardener and comic artist, just finished doing an HND in Horticulture and now working. Looking for a couple to move into large double room in a top floor flat in Govanhill, next to Queen's Park Station.

Hoping to have a close relationship with flatmates where we can enjoy hanging out, get to know each other, share meals a coupla times a week, and do stuff together sometimes.

The room itself is unfurnished but the flat is mostly furnished with a few things needing replaced (couch) with my current flatmate leaving (she bought her own place - congrats 🎉)
The room is large and gets some morning light.

There is a large garden out the back, mostly concrete but with a patch of grass and lots of plant-pots, some raised beds. The neighbours are lovely and all own their flats.
