Furnished Room in Woman’s Sauchiehall St flat

Hey! We are 3 girls Hannah (26),Holly(24) and Imogen (24) looking for a new flatmates in our social Sauchiehall Street 4 bed, two story flat. Currently flatmate is making her exit to a new beginning! Is currently still in the room but will be great about coming to view the room!
The flat is lovely and modern with a new fitted kitchen, spacious shared living room, laundry room, washer, dryer, standing fridge and extra freezer space.
As a two story flat we have two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs with a bath - shared between two people.
The bottom floor room is fully furnished with a double bed and you will share the bathroom downstairs with 1 person.
Rent for room is £500 per month with bills ranging between £100 - 120 (inc council tax). This flat is in council tax band C (£60 each).
We are a tidy, sociable flat and would love for whoever moves in to be cleanly and have good experience taking care of a flat and blending well with flatmates. Anyone who loves a wee chat/ night out would fit in well as we would like to be friends with our flatmates. Our landlord is the nicest man ever. Big up Kieth.
This is not a regular flat this is a cool flat. xox
