Light, cheap southside room in huge flat

we are looking for a new flatmate to sublet a room for several months from the end of June until around November with the likely possibility to extend through winter.

The flat is a very homey, beautiful top floor tenement, with a huge airy kitchen and living area, 3 big rooms, a beautiful bathroom with lots of plants.

The location is great, 5 mins from mount florida station and 10 minutes from queens park. Lots of local cafes and restauarnts nearby and a Tesco opposite.

We are two friendly, social working professionals who have been living together for 2 years. We are looking for a friendly, clean, easy going person to join our flat. We are occasionally social but also enjoy peace at home so are looking for someone likeminded.
