Looking for a flatmate

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to move in from the 1st September.

The Room:
It’s a comfortable room that comes furnished with:
- A double bed (with handy under-bed storage)
- Built-in wardrobe
- Note: I plan on buying a new chest of drawers and bedside table once my flatmate moves out, but I am also completely open if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture!

About the flat:
- You’ll be sharing a bright, modern flat that includes:
- An open-plan living room and kitchen area. This includes a sky tv and Netflix.
- Front garden area
- Your own private bathroom (with both a bath and shower)
- Plenty of parking spaces right outside
- A great location right next to the canal—perfect for walks!
- Bonus: You’ll be living my cat Jax, he’s very friendly and playful!

Location & Transport;
- Westerton Train Station: 15 minute walk
- Anniesland Cross: About a 15 minute walk, giving you great access to local amenities, shops, and transport links.

Rent & Bills:
- Total Cost: £690 per month (All bills included)
- Deposit: £690
- Council Tax: Band C (Included in the monthly price)

About me:
I work as an Executive Assistant, splitting my time between the office and working from home (about 2–3 days each). In my spare time, I love going to the gym and Pilates classes, and I can never say no to brunch! On the weekends, I love socialising and enjoying a glass of wine.

About you:
