I have a lovely, recently decorated spare room available in my flat, and I'm looking for the right person rather than a lodger. The room is priced below market rate, not because there's anything wrong with the room/property, but because the most important part of this arrangement is providing companionship for my two kind and caring cats, Dot and Dash, while I'm away.

If you're not a cat person, this probably isn't the right home for you.
