Urgently looking for flatmate in Govanhill

My lovely flatmate is moving with their partner and I am looking for someone to share with. The flat is fairly new and located very close to Star bar and Tramway, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open space living room\kitchen.

Rent plus all bills and council tax work out to approximately £640 per month per person.

I am a 33 yo Italian lesbian, I make ceramics and also work in a restaurant.
I am looking for one person around my age (± 10 years), respectful and kind that I can communicate really well with and eventually grow a friendship with. I am very chill and see the house mainly as a place of rest, but I like socialising and would love to be able to feel comfortable around my flatmate and hang out occasionally.

The house is managed by Lowther homes and however takes the room needs to be prepared to enter the lease with me. The room will be available from the 15th of July.
