2nd floor and unfortunately no lift but located right next to bus stop and train station alongside several local shops and takeaways

Some furniture in the pictures will be going as it belongs to the outgoing flatmate.

Current flatmate is already in the process of moving out, so looking for someone to take his place from end of July onwards.
About me:
I am a 27 year old professional, I am frequently out in the evenings but rarely out past midnight.
I enjoy an occasional chat when I'm home, however I also like my own space and understand when other people do too.
I am neurodivergent so I aim to be direct when discussing any issues without being rude.
Ideally looking for someone laid back who likes a healthy balance of lounging around and staying active

So all in it's just over 500/month.
