Large double room in a beautiful southside flat

Hello!

I'm looking to share my home with a like-minded, fun and respectful flatmate.

I'm pretty easy-going, but I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who feels the same. It'd be great to live with someone who's into films, music, art or getting out into nature, and ideally someone who's looking for a place to stay longer term.

Please only get in touch if you've lived in house or flat shares with other working adults before, rather than only student houses.

The flat is bright, cosy and warm in the winter. Bills are usually around £170 per month, although they can vary slightly throughout the year. I'm happy to send a full breakdown if we chat.
