A bright, furnished double bedroom is available in a friendly 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Woodlands.

The room comes with a double bed and an optional desk (currently in the living room but happy to move it back in if you’d like). There’s also a large built-in wardrobe with double doors, offering plenty of storage space.

Rent: £600 per month
Bills: Usually around £40 per month for gas and electric then council tax is band D split between three

The location is ideal:

* 2-minute walk to St George’s Cross subway station
* 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s
* 8-minute walk to Tesco Express
* Right next to Kelvingrove Park

You’ll be sharing with two flatmates. One is also in the process of moving out and looking for someone to take over her room, while the other is July, a lovely 22-year-old who is friendly and easy to live with.
