Room to rent from October

A double room should be available from 1 October in a flat just north of Cowcaddens as my flatmate is moving out

Rent is expected to be around £600 per month, although this is still to be confirmed with the landlord. Electricity, Wi-Fi and council tax would be additional.

The flat has a shared bathroom, a furnished living room which I’ve furnished and shared kitchen, as well as a separate spare room which I currently use as a study. There is space in there for a second desk, so it could work well for someone who occasionally works from home.

The building also has a swimming pool, sauna and small gym, and parking is available.

The bedroom furniture may be available depending on what the current housemate decides to take, so that can be discussed nearer the time.

A bit about me: I’m 27 and work full-time at an architecture firm. I am mainly office-based, although I occasionally work from home. I’m pretty easy-going but like to keep a cleanish place and enjoy relaxed nights in, seeing friends and heading out now and again.

I’d ideally like to live with someone who I ger one well with, on similar schedule to me and doesn’t mind splitting the cleaning.

The room would probably suit another working professional.
