I’m moving out of my room at the end of August due to a new job in London, so it’s available from 01/09/2026. Although, if you’re looking to move in sooner I have the option to move out earlier, so this can be discussed.

Rent: £650/month + bills, deposit £500

It’s an en-suite double room with a private balcony. Furnished with a double bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

You’d be sharing with Keir (26), who works Mon-Fri in the office - sociable but respectful of privacy.

Great location: 5 min walk to Queens Park, just off Victoria Road with loads of shops nearby, including a big Lidl 2 minutes away.

Monthly bills per person:
• WiFi: £17
• Council Tax (Band E): £126.50
• Electricity: £26

Landlord is attentive and easy to deal with. He’ll do standard referencing checks before move-in - for us that meant passport + 3 months’ bank statements.
