Bright & spacious double room in Southside

We have a large double room to rent in our second-floor tenement flat in Strathbungo in the vibrant Southside of Glasgow.

Due to our work situation, we will be spending our time between Oban and Glasgow, so you will have the flat to yourself for quite a bit of the time. Therefore, we are looking for someone who will take good care of our flat and maybe even water some plants - you will notice we have quite a few! We have friendly neighbours and a large shared garden out the back.

The flat is located on Nithsdale Road and we are close to lots of great independent cafes, bars and shops as well Queen’s Park. We are 5 minutes from the nearest train station, 20 minutes walk to the subway (Shields Road) and have a bus stop just outside our flat. University of Glasgow is 30-40 away on public transport and City Centre is 20 mins.

The room will have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and we can organise whatever other furniture is needed on request. The rent will be inclusive of council tax, WiFi and all other bills.

We would generally say no to pets, but might consider having a flatmate with a cat.

We are open to a short term rental and will consider longer term agreements when the right person comes along.
