Hi folks! I have a room available sharing a flat with me and one other person in the Pollockshields area of Southside (G41).
The flat is 7 minutes from Shields Road subway station, 7 minutes from Pollockshields East train station, and 15 minutes from Queen's Park. The flat is on the second floor with no wheelchair access.
The room is unfurnished, however my old flat mate Bridget is willing to sell some of the furniture such as the bed/mattress. Bridget is moving out near the end of August so ideal move in time would be September.
The bills are as follows:
Rent - £500 each
Council tax - £74 each
Internet - £11 each
Utilities - £30-50 each
