You'll have your own cosy sitting area by the window, your own TV, and a private shower and bathroom. All furniture is fresh, high quality in a new build flat with well insulated walls in a safe, nice and quiet neighbourhood. A lot of lovely cafes and restaurants around.

8 minutes walk to Shields Road Subway, 13 minutes walk to Pollokshields East train
station. Voi bike station in the corner and surrounded by cycle lanes. 10 min cycle to city centre or Shawlands.

We will share the kitchen and dining room. The living room is not part of the rental, however occasional chit chats might naturally happen there, which will depend on our chemistry and rhythms.

This room is ideal for someone independent, tidy, and quiet, who works or studies outside the home and respects boundaries while enjoying a peaceful and friendly environment.

About me: I work in the arts and culture sector, part time and office based. My sister and her small dog visit from time to time, we always wash the dog's paws and keep the flat spotless. Shoes are taken off at the door.
