A bright and large double room with floor-to-ceiling window facing the sun, overlooking a lovely garden. You'll have your own cosy sitting area by the window, your own TV, and a private shower and bathroom. All furniture is fresh, high quality in a new build flat with well insulated walls in a nice and quiet area.
Amazing location, lovely cafes and restaurants around.
8 minutes walk to Shields Road Subway, 13 minutes walk to Pollokshields East train
station. Voi bike station in the corner and surrounded by cycle lanes.

We will share the kitchen and dining room. The living room is not part of the rental, but I occasionally invite my lodger for chats or a cup of tea if the chemistry feels right. I appreciate warm greetings and light, friendly chit chat.
This room is ideal for someone independent, tidy, and quiet, who works or studies outside the home and respects boundaries while enjoying a peaceful and friendly environment.
About me: I work in the arts and culture sector, part time and office based. My sister and her small dog visit from time to time, we always wash the dog's paws and keep the flat spotless. Shoes are taken off at the door.
