A bright and spacious double room with its own ensuite in a well-connected flat in Glasgow's Southside. The furniture shown in the photos is available - if you don't need any or all of the furniture, I'm happy to remove it.
I've lived in the flat for the past two years, so it's fully equipped with everything you should need for day-to-day living, including cooking and cleaning essentials.
The living room, kitchen, and main bathroom will be shared with me.
The flat has excellent transport links:
• Train station just around the corner.
• Bus stop directly outside the building.
• Bridge Street Subway Station is around a 20-minute walk away.
• City centre can be reached in around 30 minutes on foot.
You'll also be within a 5-minute walk of Lidl and close to plenty of Southside cafés, bars, and restaurants.
There is free on-street parking available.

About me - I'm a sustainability professional working in the real estate industry. I spend most of the week in the office and occasionally travel for work. Outside of work, I'm very active and enjoy running, hiking, travelling, and getting outdoors. Because I'm often out or away, you'll likely have the flat to yourself a bit.
I love to have a tidy space and can be introverted or extroverted depending on the vibe.
Move-in date is probably the earliest I can have you, but not the latest.
