My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a new housemate from about 20th Sept (there's the possibility of some wriggle room with the move in date if needed)
It's a tenement flat in govanhill, southside, and is fully furnished. It's in a nice location, near Queens park and opposite the bell jar pub. The address is 2/1, 22 Dixon Avenue, G42 8EE
The rent is £572 each/month, and then bills and council tax on top. With bills etc it's typically another £125 on top.
I'm a freelance dancer and aerialist, and I also work part time as a fundraiser for a charity. Would love a housemate who's up for cozy TV nights in the winter, dinner parties, and creative vibes (plus clean💗)
