I’m looking for someone nice, tidy and easy-going to share my 2-bedroom flat.

A little about me – I work full-time and I’m the live-in landlord. I’m pretty relaxed and friendly, and I like keeping the flat clean and homely. I love hiking, solo travelling, trying new places to eat, and on Friday evenings you’ll usually find me watching a film on the projector with a cup of tea (or wine 😄). If you’re around and fancy joining, you’re always welcome.

The flat is modern, bright and has lots of plants (I’m slightly obsessed with them 🌿). It’s not a party flat—it’s more of a place where you can come home after work and actually relax.

Location

* 🚶 3-minute walk to SEC, OVO Hydro & Exhibition Centre
* 🛒 5-minute walk to Lidl
* 🛍️ Around 8 minutes to the nearest Indian grocery store
* 🚌 Bus stop is about a 5–7 minute walk
* 🚶 Around 18 minutes’ walk into the city centre
* 🚆 Exhibition Centre station is just a few minutes away, and trains into Central are only around £2.20 (or about £1.45 with a Railcard).

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, clean and easy to live with. I’d much rather have a flatmate than just a tenant, so it’d be lovely if we could have a chat now and then or occasionally watch a movie together—but there’s absolutely no pressure if you prefer to keep to yourself.
