I love this flat, but I just need to move out unfortunately. My flatmate is also a female of same age as me, so female tenant would be better. Non-smoker would be better too. Landlord doesn't live in this flat, but he's very helpful and he help us out quickly if there was any issues about this flat. Me and my flatmate are looking for someone who can have a good communication to deal with things untill you move in (and after you move in too)!
