Room up for rent in a quiet parallel of Woodlands Road.

The room is quite spacious and south facing, nice light guaranteed.
It is also listed as unfurnished, the current tenant might leave some furniture ( we will provide a list in case ) but anything else must be provided by the new tenant.

Bills fluctuates depending on the season , but usually do not exceed £150, that includes electricity, gas, internet and council taxes ( Band D ) .

The flat is a classic old style top floor Glasgow flat, with some of the quirks that come with it, but we try to take good care of it.

The two other tenants in the flat are Davide (37) and Francesco (29) , both professionals , which is why we prefer to offer the room to professionals over the age of 25, our schedules are quite full and we like a quiet house, weekends or special occasions are obviously an exception .

Great location of course :

Just off Woodlands Road, Camerons at the end of the street, Arlington and grocery store around the corner, Great Western Rd and St George's Cross Subway station is a 3 mins walk.

We prefer long term stays as finding a new flatmate is always a bit of a stress !
