A room is available to rent in Finnieston, near Glasgow city centre. Long-term tenants are preferred.
• Location: Within a 10-minute walk of Exhibition Centre train station.
• Move-in date: Available from September. A tenancy agreement must be signed directly with the original landlord to protect both parties’ interests.
• Requirements: Clean and tidy; no smoking anywhere in the community, as the entire development is smoke-free.
• Property: The shared areas are spacious and bright, and you can enjoy river views from the comfort of your home. One parking space is included, and its use can be discussed with the Taiwanese flatmate.
• Furniture: Apart from the desk and chair, all large furniture in the room will remain. If required, the desk can be purchased at a second-hand price.
• Rent: £800 per month, excluding bills and council tax.
