The Studio Silver room type is currently sold out, so this is a great opportunity for a student still looking for a private studio in Glasgow for the upcoming academic year.

The studio is fully furnished and provides your own private space, including:

• Official tenancy takeover through Student Roost

This is an official tenancy takeover, not a private sublet. The replacement student will take over the booking directly through Student Roost, subject to their requirements and approval.

As this is purpose-built student accommodation, full-time students are normally exempt from Council Tax, subject to eligibility.
