Bright and beautiful room in mount florida

Looking for a lodger for the spare room in my flat.

The room is bright and spacious, and has a very calming feeling to it. I think anyone could be very happy and live well there.

It's lovely flat overall in a great neighborhood. Right next to the train station with trains every 20 mins to central. I've converted the living room to have mezzenine bed which is where I sleep. I'm up early every day and that room feels much more like a living room with a mezzenine than a bedroom with a sofa. You are totally welcome to use that space as a living room/workspace throughout the day. My girlfriend (who lives in bristol) and I have put a lot of love and care into making the space nice, and Id really like to find someone to who would enjoy and live well in the space.

The kitchen has big south facing windows that let sunlight in all day.

You'd get access to a great south facing garden and a private allotment for growing veg and flowers. Would really suit someone into gardening!

I'm a doctor but spend more time working on community health projects than in the hospital. I'm into climbing, having fun outside in the big open spaces, woodworking and riding bikes.

There's still a bit of work to do on the flat (I'd like to make a big window seat in the kitchen and maybe in the living room one day)
So im ideally looking for someone who's ok with that going on, or even up for getting involved.

I'll be out of the flat travelling down south to see my girlfriend who's studying midwifery in Bristol regularly, so you'd have the place to yourself fairly often.
