Double-sized room (9’2” foot by 12’3”) with single bed in comfortable ground floor flat with security entrance, sharing living room, kitchen and bathroom with female owner. Front and back garden for drying clothes and sitting out.

This is a quiet house in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and I work from home a lot of the time, so no parties here! I am looking for someone who is friendly and easy going but also respectful that this is a family home. There is a well-kept front and back garden for drying clothes and sitting out.

Excellent public transport links for all local universities: 2 minute walk to bus stops on main route to Glasgow city centre (20 mins ride) and Paisley (20 mins). Subway (5 stops away on bus) and railway station (10 min walk) nearby. Also plenty of free on street parking.

This is a really nice area with good local amenities including a swimming pool, leisure centre and a lovely park just a few minutes walk away.
