Looking for a flatmate to move in (G13)

Shared living room

Hello, I am a new veterinary medicine graduate living in a flat in the G13 area. My previous flatmate moved away so would like someone to take her place. The room would be a single bed room, furnished with a desk, mirror, and closet (plus obviously the single bed). You would be using the "family bathroom" but it would only be you that is using it since my room would be an en suite - so essentially a private bathroom! Shared living room and kitchen area.

Bills would be shared i. e. split in half (including gas, electricity, wifi, and council tax band E)

There is one assigned parking bay for the flat which I am already using, but there are plenty of unassigned bays available to be used around the property.

There are train stations in either directions (Anniesland and Scotstounhill), both around 15-20mins walk away. If you drive, the flat is close to clydeside expressway, the clyde tunnel and the renfrew bridge.

Ideally want someone that is a working individual (not a student as I want to split the council tax with someone), easy-going, and lives relatively quiet. My ex flatmate and I used to hang in our own rooms most of the time, but I wouldn't mind a chat once in a while so we can get to know each other!

I am currently on a job hunt so if I ended up having to move, I would help finding a flatmate to replace me when the time comes!

P. S. Sorry for the mess in the photos, once my stuff is moved away from the room, it would look much tidier!
