Double room with ensuite

Double room with en-suite for rent near Sauchiehall Street. The room includes a large wardrobe and drawers, with additional storage in the hall if required. My flatmate is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for someone to move into her room. The flat has a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. The kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and all amenities. There is also access to a secure, underground parking space which I do not use. Flat also includes access to a shared, large stoned garden. The flat is situated in a perfect location and is only 15/20 minute walk to City Centre or the West End.
Bills: £50-60 pm each
Council tax: £185.50 pm each

I currently work Monday - Friday so am often of the flat during the day. I am very social and looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and respects shared places. Students accepted however would need to be willing to contribute to their share of the council tax.
