The room is bright and spacious with windows to front and rear. There is a single bed with storage drawers, large desk and chair, small shelved cabinet and built in wardrobe and shelving.
The adjoining shower room has an electric shower with dual heads, and the separate toilet has a good-sized wash hand basin, electric toothbrush charger and towel rail. The toilet and shower are for your use only. Everything is on the attic floor, giving you privacy from the rest of the house.
There is a comfortable lounge and dining kitchen which you will share with the owners. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There’s also a back garden with sofas and table.
The house is located in Jordanhill, which is safe and easily accessible for the west end and city centre. A local bus stops right outside Glasgow University (approx. 15 mins on the bus). You can also walk to the university / west end in about 40 mins. There’s an express bus into the city centre, close to Strathclyde University, Glasgow Caledonian University and city colleges. There’s also a local train station which will take you to the city centre in 12 mins. There are close connections to the motorway and Glasgow Airport.
This is really excellent accommodation within a warm and comfortable family home. It would suit someone who appreciates a clean comfortable house, and would respect the owner’s home.
