Bright room in quiet flat

I am looking for someone nice as a short term lodger, ideally an overseas postgraduate student to share a comfortable ground floor flat. The room is furnished, double-sized (9’2” foot by 12’3”) with single bed, sharing living room, kitchen and bathroom with owner. The flat has a shared back garden with seating area.

This is a quiet house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I work from home a lot of the time and am looking for someone who will be respectful of that, friendly and easy going but who also likes their own space. Definitely not a party flat.

The flat has excellent public transport links: 2 minute walk to bus stops on main route to Glasgow city centre (20 mins ride) and Paisley (20 mins). Subway (5 stops away on bus) and railway station (10 min walk) nearby. There is also plenty of free on street parking.

This is a really nice area with good local amenities including a swimming pool, leisure centre and park nearby.
