Short-term house for sub-let in Sept/Oct

Hi, we are looking for someone to sublet our family home for 4-6 weeks while we are away doing as house sit ourselves (it is available up to 10th October).

It's a nice family home in Battlefield, and you would be staying in the attic bedroom - there is a nice kitchen/dinning room, which opens on to the garden, a living room, bathroom and toilet.

We'll consider individuals or couples.

Would suit someone who needs a short-term stay while they are searching for a longer-term property.

We'd want to have a call to discuss, can send videos of the property, exchange ID details and would expect a deposit.
