Double Room in Govanhill, Southside.

Hey! My name is Ally and I live in Govanhill, near Queens Park. My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone nice and chilled to move in. The room is available from October 15th, and the rent + bills is £650.

The flat is a ground floor tenement, with a small front garden, and a shared back garden. The bedroom is a decent size and furnished, although I think the nice blue chair in the pics is going. The neighbours are all very friendly and there's an optional "garden club", which contains more tea and biscuits than actual gardening.

I work from home as a full time musician, but I promise I'm not very loud, most of the time. When not making music I spend my time swimming, reading, playing chess, exploring new places, or playing synthesizers. I'm not a party person, and very rarely drink, but I am a sociable person, and also enjoy my own company.

Please note that this is a rented flat and you will likely have to provide proof of income to the letting agent, and as it's not a student flat I'd expect a 50/50 split on council tax too :)
