Spacious Room in Cessnock, 2nd October to 24th January 🏡

I’m looking to sublet my flatmate’s room in our lovely flat in Cessnock, Glasgow, from 2nd October until 24th January.

My flatmate will be down in London for a few months working on a theatre contract, with my last performance on 23rd January, before moving back up to Glasgow, which is why I’m looking for someone to take the room until the 24th/25th January.

It’s a really nice, quiet flat with lovely neighbours. we generally keep ourselves to ourselves, but enjoy a wee movie night over dinner, so it’s a relaxed place to live. There’s also a lovely back garden which is very well looked after, and the front gardens and hedges are always kept in great condition.

The room itself is really big, and all of my flatmate’s belongings will be moved out while it’s being sublet, so you’ll have loads of space for your own things.

The flat has:

• A spacious living room with a bay window
• A bathroom with nice bath
• A large hallway
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob and cooker
• Clothes drying pulley
• All the usual mod cons

📍 Location

The flat is really close to Cessnock Subway, which makes getting into town or over to the West End really easy. There are also great bus links to the southside.

We’re also very close to Good Coffee Cartel, Beirut Star and some great kebab shops, as well as plenty of other cafés, restaurants and takeaways.

🐱 Who you’d be sharing with

You’d be sharing with a clean, respectful and easy-going flatmate with my lovely ragdoll cat. He is well looked after and makes a friendly little presence around the flat! I’m a music tutor and enjoy going to the gym and watching films. I’m queer and this is an LGBTQ+ friendly household!

Rent is £425 and bills add up to around £150 so £575 all in - bills will depend on how much we have the heating on over the winter months!
