Bedroom with Stunning Views in Quirky Townhouse

A beautiful and modern Townhouse with lots of natural light and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The property has been thoughtfully decorated throughout, combining contemporary finishes with plenty of character. Quite quirky. The room available is very spacious and bright, with impressive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a lovely green outlook. It has wooden flooring, distinctive feature walls, a beautiful statement light fitting and plenty of space for both sleeping and relaxing. There is also a dedicated desk/workspace, making it ideal for someone who works or studies from home. The room comes furnished with bed, side tables and desk, bathroom is very close to the bedroom. I am a live-in owner and I also host Airbnb guests in separate bedrooms within the property (top floors), so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement. Cleanliness is *extremely* important to me, so I am specifically looking for someone who is very clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and who will treat the house with care. I keep the home to a high standard, for example washing and drying the dishes right after using the kitchen, would love to find someone who naturally does the same and likes and thrives in a very clean enviornment. The house has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, so it would particularly suit a considerate professional looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to call home. There is parking available for free, washer and dryer too. High speed internet. Please note I have a very friendly, quiet, white husky that lives with me. Longer stays than 4 months are very welcomed for the right person.
