There is a room going in our lovely flat in Govanhill. It’s third floor tenement, will be sharing with 3 others all super lovely, 2 in theatre/tv 1 support worker. Right next to Queens Park train station so great location.

Rent is £462/ month with council tax around £50 and bills between £25-60 depending on the season. All up about £550/month. We’re all friends and cook together and chill, also have a cleaning rota going to keep it tidy! The room comes with a double bed, small chest of drawers, small desk and large clothes rail. Room is free from 19th Sept but can be flexible with dates!
