The rent is £139 per week. The room is fully furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom, with shared kitchen and living areas.
I am moving out after the first semester, so this is an opportunity for a student to take over the remaining tenancy from 1 january 2027.
The tenancy takeover is subject to Student Roost approval, and the new tenant will need to meet their requirements and complete the takeover process directly with Student Roost.
