I’m looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate who is friendly, easy-going and easy to get along with. Ideally, someone who’s quite outgoing, has their own interests and hobbies, but also enjoys having a chat or hanging out now and again.

The room is a spacious king-size bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, with a comfortable shared living room and a great communal space, as well as a lovely garden.

We’ve got lovely neighbours, on-street parking, and plenty to do locally. There’s a local pub, shops, cafés and good access to public transport, so everything you need is close by.

Overall, I’m looking for someone who wants a relaxed, friendly and sociable home rather than just somewhere to sleep!
