Single Bedroom

Hi I have a single room in a two bedroom ground floor flat at greenlaw court G14 0PQ. currently there is a young Japanese fella 20 years old living in the second bedroom and he has an en suite so the main bathroom is not used.
all kitchen appliances are brand new. it has air fryer, electric kettle and a double toaste as well as a microwave.
the living room has 2 sofas one is recliner. there's also a treadmill and 50 inch smart tv with 5G Wi-Fi.
the flat is 2 minutes away from yoker train station and also has great bus links that take you to town and near to university of Glasgow. 1,1a,1b,2 and 6. it's near few local markets and shopping centers. the rent includes all bills such as gas, electricity, wifi and council tax and it is £650 a month for a single bedroom with single bed and brand new mattress and study desk and big built in wardrobe. the flat is absolutely clean and tidy and in a peaceful quiet neighborhood.
