Hello :)
I'm looking for a flatmate from 1st November 2026 onwards to share a flat with.
The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with a shared living room.
I have one cat at the moment, so anyone who moves I'm would have to be comfortable with it. If you're moving in with a cat or other similar small pet it should be fine, we can discuss.
Rent is £880 split down the middle, Council Tax Band B. We would also share the costs for wifi & electricity/gas.
The block has a communal, gated off space outside with a washing line to hang up clothes.
The flat is very close to a busy Dumbarton road with lots of shops. There are also several bus stops nearby, and a train station 10 minute walk away.
The flat is also about 10 minutes close to a lovely park (Victoria Park).
