Spacious King Room with Own Private Bathroom – Professional Preferred

I have a fully furnished king-size room available in my home, situated within a quiet residential estate.

This isn't a busy house share – it will just be myself and the person renting the room, so I'm looking for someone who would like a comfortable, relaxed home environment while still having plenty of their own space and privacy.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, drawers, full-length mirror and good storage.
Although the bathroom isn't en-suite, you will have your own private bathroom for your sole use, with bath and shower.

You'll also have full shared use of the rest of the home, including the large modern kitchen and family/living area, separate home cinema room with projector and large screen, and a large private garden with patio, decking, outdoor seating and covered gazebo.

All household utilities are included in the monthly rent, including gas, electricity, broadband/Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

A little about me
I'm 55, friendly, sociable and easy-going. I run my own business and work from home quite a bit, but I also have a busy life outside the house.
I enjoy traveling and getting away in my motorhome, going to the gym, socialising and spending time with family and friends.

I'm very happy to have a chat, share a coffee or glass of wine and enjoy each other's company from time to time, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing. I think it's important that we can both enjoy the house as our home while still respecting each other's space and privacy.
I'm ideally looking for a working professional who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy and is looking for somewhere they can genuinely feel at home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
