I am looking for someone to join me in a 2 bed furnished flat in Finnieston from early November. The room has a built in wardrobe with shelf, king sized bed and bedside tables. You will also have your own bathroom.

The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a balcony off the living room with lovely views.

The flat is a great location with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Exhibition Centre train station is 2 mins walk.

The rent is £712.50 per month (bills and council tax not included)
council tax band E
Electricity is approx £25
Wifi is £19
The gas is provided by a communal supplier for the development (organised through the letting agent)

About me:
I am 28 and work in marketing. I have a hybrid working pattern so I work from home around 2 days a week. I would be looking to rent with non-students for council tax reasons. In my free time I enjoy playing badminton, cinema, reading and watching series.

I’d love to live with someone friendly who’s happy to chat and share the occasional meal or drink.
