Looking to rent out a room. Shared Kitchen, Bathroom, and living room. Available ASAP.

I'm a 26yo Polish male. I like to keep the place tidy, I don't smoke and I'm out of the house a lot of the time. You will only be seeing me on my day off and in the evenings. I try to cook as much as possible, but I often eat and work, so I don't use the kitchen that much.

Deposit: 1 month's rent

A couple of shops close by, train station 5 mins away.

Council tax Band C: £80 per person, paid separately.
Energy bill split in half.
I can share internet access for free if you use it casually, or create a separate connection and split the cost.
One month's notice is required when moving out.

Looking for someone who will keep their room and shared space clean, is respectful, and considerate of private space.
