Furnished room in gorgeous Victorian flat in desirable area of Glasgow Southside. The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe/drawers.
Flat is on first floor above two other flats in the building, accessible only by stairs. Communal spaces include the large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is very close to lots of transport links, including 3 train stations and several bus lines, all approx 10 mins to city centre or less. The street is quite quiet but very close to popular coffee shops and bars as well as the park.

The current tenant is also renting and has lived in the flat for 5 years, the furniture in the flat all belongs to her. The available room is the smaller of the two bedrooms and rent price reflects this.

The current tenant (me, hello) is a 32yo arts admin professional, working full time hybrid.

Ideally looking for someone to move in from December but will need to confirm new tenant by early November. Open to discussion and what would suit a new tenant!
